Hello! Are you looking for a meaningful job where you truly make a difference? We are currently seeking an engaged colleague to join our team working in home care services in central Luleå. Together, we create security and quality of life for our clients every day. The workday begins with a meeting at our shared office at Rådstugatan 11, where we distribute the day's home visits and assignments. For this position, a driver's license is not required, as we walk between visits.

Upon employment, you will receive an introduction with an experienced colleague to ensure you have a secure foundation when you start with us. You will work according to a schedule with shifts during the day, evening, and weekends. At our organization, every employee has the right to a full-time position, but there is also the possibility to work part-time if it better suits your life situation. Start date is by agreement. Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant/nurse aide in home care, you provide care and support to our clients in their own homes. You conduct visits both independently and together with a colleague, meeting several different clients during a workday. The number of visits per shift varies.

Your tasks are both varied and important. You work to give our clients the opportunity to live a dignified and independent life, despite any disabilities or illnesses. Your work involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care and support, tailored to each client's needs and conditions.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Personal care
• Mobilization and transfer assistance
• Social support
• Medication management
• Documentation in client records according to the Social Services Act

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. Furthermore, you should:

• Have experience working in healthcare and social services.
• Have good digital competence, be able to handle phones, apps, computers, and software without issues, and have the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools when needed.
• Be able to demonstrate grades in Swedish equivalent to at least grade 9.

It is an advantage if you are a qualified nurse aide. As a person, you are solution-oriented, relationship-building, and structured. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal competencies.
